Hi Alyssa!

I am writing to you from my living room at a condominium at River Valley. I bought it from the developer a few months ago and it's ready and furnished now! I just have to add some finishing touches: My essential oil diffuser, scented candles and install Google Home. Yes, I am going to have a smart home! I love that it's so simple and minimalist, and it makes me happy knowing that I have a creative and safe space to wake up in every morning and come home to every night. I just hung up a painting of a flower that my artist friend gifted to me. It's gorgeous: Pink and rosy, a sign of new love and life. Over the last 5 years, I have managed to Marie Kondo my life very well. I've sold and donated all of my pre-loved items online. I made $100,000 from sales and managed to donate $10,000 to charities supporting mental health and gender equality. My customers (and even fans) have been happy to purchase from me because they believe in the same things as I do and they support what I represent as an entrepreneur: Self-care, self-love, eco-friendliness, health and sustainability. I place a lot more emphasis on quality and not quantity now and that changed my life dramatically. I spend my time and money on things that last and add lasting value to my life. I still create TikTok and Instagram content and I have accrued more than 5000 true fans already. I post about 3-4 times a week and my audience knows that whenever I do, I am providing them with quality content: Spreading sunshine and positivity in their lives! I have also been getting brand sponsorships from companies that prioritise self-care, self-love and sustainability and that makes me so happy to be able to share that with my followers. I am so excited to have friends over this week! I have a craft corner for art jams, a music corner for music jams and I'm looking forward to hosting dinner parties, potlucks and tea sessions. My home is a haven that welcomes diversity, champions inclusivity and is all about meeting new people and forming friendships and lifelong connections with people from all cultures and backgrounds. I am so thankful to have a dedicated team behind the work that I do: My manager, admin and marketing team. Not to mention the artist(e)s that I am fortunate enough to work with on a weekly basis. They have really taken my career to new heights in the past 5 years and I am so grateful for all the opportunities that have been offered to me! Thank you, God. Thank you, Universe.
